Option 1. Wifi (indoor)
Unified Remote

-pros 
  1. convenient for home user which both your smartphone and computer using same wifi
  2. 0 lag, 0 delay
  3. mouse sensitivity is as good as your touchpad
-cons
  1. not usable for outdoor, it require wifi.

Option 2. Bluetooth (indoor/outdoor)
BT Remote PC


-pros
  1. does not require any wifi connection, just both device requires bluetooth activated.
  2. can be use from anywhere, any place you wanted.
-cons
  1. mouse touchpad maybe not as smooth as ^Unified Remote

steps for bluetooth.

Step 1

Download the server to your computer.

Step 2

Turn on Bluetooth on the PC.
My Bluetooth permitting button Bluetooth is on

Step 3

Extract the downloaded file and launch Remote PC Server.jar (or *.exe).
Run the serverEnable Bluetooth server
Bluetooth server is running

Step 4

Pairing your mobile. If the mobile is paired with your PC, you can skip Step 4.
Add new device

See Bluetooth devices
Choose your Android mobileType the code
Check if the device is in Bluetooth devices

Step 5

Run the application in your mobile (if you haven't had got installed the app, you can get it from Android Market: Remote PC or Android Market: Bluetooth Remote PC). Choose Bluetooth connection −> select the computer from pairing list −> wait for connection.
